Founding Members

Donald Greg Pitts, MS, OTR/L, CHT

Greg Pitts is a founding partner of Kentucky Hand & Physical Therapy. In 1996, Greg accepted a position as the Director of Occupational Therapy for a well-known physician’s practice. He worked closely with renowned hand and orthopedic surgeons and went on to become the Hand Program Coordinator for Easter Seals Kentucky. During this time, Greg also served on the graduate faculty of EKU and became a well-known lecturer in the areas of hand therapy, industrial rehabilitation, and ergonomics. He has authored/ coauthored numerous book chapters and research articles for several medical journals.

Jason Willoughby, MHS, OTR/L, CHT
Jason is a founding partner of Kentucky Hand & Physical Therapy. His entire career has been dedicated to the practice of hand therapy and ergonomic/ industrial rehabilitation. He has worked closely with world-renowned hand surgeons and served as the director of two prestigious hand therapy services prior to founding KHPT with Greg Pitts in 2002. Jason has authored or coauthored numerous articles in prestigious medical journals as well as book chapters, and his custom splint designs have been published in orthotic literature.
