Certified Hand Therapist (Lexington)
KHPT is seeking an OT/PT CHT or an OT/PT with an interest in pursuing CHT. We offer a great working environment, excellent peer-to-peer rapport and a genuine patient focus. Our therapists work closely with physicians and industry. Our benefit package includes: competitive base salary, 401(K) with company match, profit sharing, medical, dental, life and short-term disability all after 30 days. You are able to earn up to 25 days of paid time off, plus paid holidays. We host on-site biweekly CE meetings, and offer a $1,000 annual continuing education allowance.

Physical Therapist (Lexington)
KHPT has an immediate opening for a physical therapist at our Eagle Creek Drive location in Lexington. Patient Service Coordinator
KHPT is seeking a patient services coordinator to be responsible for reception/front desk responsibilities, new patient registration, payment process, insurance verification, etc. This is an hourly position based in our Lexington offices, but may involve some travel to other facilities.
