location and two therapists to four locations in Lexington, Richmond and Georgetown and has become the onsite provider of hand therapy services at Toyota Manufacturing in Georgetown. We also employ the largest number of certified hand therapists in the state of Kentucky.

Kentucky Hand & Physical Therapy was founded in March 2002 in Lexington by two local hand therapists, Donald Greg Pitts MS, OTR/L, CHT, and Jason Willoughby MS, OTR/L, CHT. Both Greg and Jason have dedicated their careers to the practice of hand therapy, ergonomics, and industrial rehabilitation. Each has worked closely with world-renowned hand surgeons, served as directors of prestigious hand therapy programs, and authored or coauthored book chapters and research articles for nationally known medical journals.
They founded KHPT on the basic principle of quality patient care. As a result, patients see and are treated by their therapist or under close the supervision of their therapist at every visit. The result is higher quality, consistent care and the ability to change treatment plans based on the progress of each individual patient.
